Normally, there's just one of 'us'. But often, there's another one of 'us', and then sometimes, there's another one of 'us', and even another one of 'us' every now and again. We're family, I'm their mom - well I'm one of the moms - and I created this place with the above mentioned support. 

I've technically been a lot of things in all these years of being an undiagnosed neurodivergent, but I was a self-employed graphic designer before covid. MadSplatter Graphics built websites, and Southside Spirit created accessories and apparel for local public schools and associated groups. I had those cool ass kids in customized graphic swag, uniform bits, vinyl decals, lanyards, fundraiser materials and donations. It was awesome.

Trying to keep prices low enough for kids who don't have much is it's own expense that I was happy to pay, but when a nationwide lockdown happened, the profit margins just weren't there to cover a 2-year pay stop.

Fast forward. 2026. Our focus has shifted. 

Community means something different to 'us' on this side, and we've acomplished too much to shrink down, now. We need to live proud now more than ever. So live proud, we will.
